We rotationally graze our hens giving them access to forage in large areas of pasture. They enjoy the grass, sunshine, bugs and all the good things that come from living a natural life outdoors. Our pastures benefit too!

We feed only organic, soy free and non-GMO grains that promote rich and flavorful eggs and healthy hens. No hormones, no medications, and no antibiotics are ever used on our chickens.

Heritage breed chickens are the livestock equivalent to heirloom vegetables. These historic breeds are hardy, suited for life outside, and lay gorgeous healthy eggs.

We are a 4th generation Westside farm continuing the market farming tradition our grandparents started when they immigrated here from Germany in the 1930s. We are raising our kids to love and appreciate those same traditions.
